WHAT IS GDPR?

The GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) is the EU law regulating the principles of personal data protection which has been applicable since May 25, 2018. OrgonLife Europe adheres to the basic principles of the GDPR.

 

WHO IS THE DATA ADMINISTRATOR?

Administrator of your personal data is the OrgonLife Europe, Ozimska 18/A9, 46-053 Falmirowice, Poland.

The administrator is responsible for the security of personal data and for processing it in accordance with the law.

 

YOUR DATA PROTECTION RIGHTS UNDER GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION (GDPR)

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you have certain data protection rights. OrgonLife Europe sp.z o.o. aims to take reasonable steps to allow you to correct, amend, delete, or limit the use of your Personal Data. If you wish to be informed what Personal Data we hold about you and if you want it to be removed from our systems, please contact us. In certain circumstances, you have following data protection rights:

  •  the right to access, update or to delete the information we have on you;
  •  the right of rectification. You have right to have your information rectified if that information is inaccurate or incomplete;
  •  the right to object. You have right to object to our processing of your Personal Data;
  •  the right of restriction. You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal information;
  •  the right to withdraw consent. You also have right to withdraw your consent at any time where OrgonLife Europe relied on your consent to process your personal information.

Please note that we may ask you to verify your identity before responding to such requests. You have the right to complain to a Data Protection Authority about our collection and use of your Personal Data. For more information, please contact your local data protection authority in the European Economic Area (EEA).

 

WHAT WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA FOR

We will use your personal data for following purposes:

  •  conclusion and performance of contract, including ensuring correct quality of services (legal basis – art.6 par.1 lit.b GDPR) – “performance of contract”;
  •  fulfilling our legal obligations, e.g. issuing and storing invoices or answering complaints (legal basis – art.6 par.1 lit.c GDPR) – “legal obligation”;
  •  pursuing claims arising from contract (legal basis – art.6 par.1 lit.f GDPR) – “legitimate interest”;
  •  marketing of own services during the term of contract (legal basis – art.6 par.1 lit.f GDPR) – “legitimate interest”;
  •  marketing, if you consent to use of data for this purpose (legal basis – art.6 par.1 lit.a GDPR) – “consent”.

 

HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA FOR?

We will use data for the period necessary to achieve purposes described above. Depending on the legal basis, this will be:

  •  duration of the agreement;
  •  the time of performing legal obligations and the time when legal regulations require us to store data, e.g. tax regulations;
  •  until the contract will be time-barred;
  •  until the consent is withdrawn.

 

WHO DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA WITH?

With all data security guarantees, we may transfer your data to other entities, including:

  •  entities processing them on our behalf, e.g. technical service providers and entities providing us with consultancy services;
  •  other administrators, e.g. couriers.

Your data will not be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area (to countries other than European Union countries as well as Iceland, Norway and Liechtenstein).
